3 Month Package

$95 per session

This package includes three months of weekly sessions at a rate of $80 per session. The first meeting is free. It includes email and text communication between sessions. The payment should be in full after the first meeting. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.

6 Month Package

$90 per session

This package includes six months of weekly sessions at a rate of $75 per session. The first meeting is free. It includes email and text communication between sessions. The payment should be in full after the first meeting. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.

6 Week Package

$85 per session

This package includes six weeks of weekly sessions at a rate of $85 per session. The first meeting is free. It includes email and text communication between sessions. The payment should be in full after the first meeting. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.

1 Month Package

$100 per session

This package includes one month of weekly sessions at a rate of $90 per session. It includes email and text communication between sessions. The payment should be in full before the first meeting. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.

Health and Wellness Group Coaching

$20 per session

Group coaching requires a minimum of 8 participants. The program will be tailored to the group's needs. The price is $20per hour, with a minimum of 8 meetings. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.

Health and Wellness Corporate Coaching

$250 per session

Corporate coaching requires a minimum of 6 people in the group. The program will be tailored to the group needs. Price is $150 per hour, with a minimum of 6 meetings. Meetings can be done by phone/zoom/doxyme.
